Bulletins
Rule Changes to CQ World Wide DX SSB and CW Contests

There will be some rule changes to the upcoming 2025 CQ World Wide (CQWW) DX SSB and CW contests this fall. Most of these modifications will be minor with one notable exception: the Explorer category will be discontinued effective with the 2025 CQWW DX Contest. A new Multi-Transmitter-Distributed category will be added, and the rules will be consistent with the CQ WPX Multi-Distributed category. See section C.4. of the CQWW rules at cqww.com/rules.htm for details.

Results and Records
CQ World Wide RTTY Contest Raw Scores

The raw scores for the CW World Wide RTTY Contest are now available at cqwwrtty.com/raw.htm. Raw scores do not include score reductions that may occur in the log-checking process and may vary from the claimed score computed by your logging software. There’s still time to get your logs in before the final run of the log- checking software, which is still a few weeks away. ADIF formatted logs can be converted to the required Cabrillo format for submittal at cqww.com/adif.

If you have any photos or stories from this year’s contest that you’d like to have included in the results article, please send them to Jeff Stai, WK6I, at wk6i.jeff@gmail.com.

2025 ARRL September VHF Contest Raw Scores

Raw scores for the 2025 ARRL September VHF Contest are available at contests.arrl.org/rawscores.php?cn=sepvhf. Raw scores are computed before any log checking score reductions. These scores may differ from the claimed scores calculated by your contest logging software. If you find any errors or have questions, contact the ARRL Contest Program Manager at contests@arrl.org.

That’s all for this time. Remember to send contesting-related stories, book reviews, tips, techniques, press releases, errata, schematics, club information, pictures, stories, blog links, and predictions to contest-update@arrl.org.
