MAURITIUS, 3B8. Roman, 5B4AQN is QRV as 3B8/5B4AQN from the Tamarina Golf State until October 4. Activity is holiday style on 40 to 6 meters, and possibly 80 meters, using mostly CW. QSL to home call.

 

UGANDA, 5X. Pista, HA5AO, will be QRV as 5X2I from September 29 to October 10. Activity will be on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8. QSL via LoTW.

 

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, 9Y. Special event station 9Y49R is QRV until September 28 to celebrate the 49th anniversary of Trinidad and Tobago officially becoming a republic on August 1, 1976. QSL via LoTW.

 

BOTSWANA, A2. Benjamin, DB2LS is QRV as A25LS until September 30. Activity is on 20, 12, and 10 meters using SSB and FT8. QSL via LoTW.

 

FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, DA. Special event stations DC75DARC, DD75DARC, DK75DARC, and DR75DARC are QRV until the end of October to celebrate the 75th anniversary of DARC. QSL all calls via DL2VFR.

 

ESTONIA, ES. Special event station ES90ERAU is QRV until September 30 to celebrate 90 years of the Estonian Radio Amateurs Union. Activity is on the HF bands using FT8 and FT4. QSL via LoTW.

 

SOLOMON ISLANDS, H4. Bernhard, DL2GAC, is QRV as H44MS from Malaita Island, IOTA OC-047, until November 25, and then January 25, 2026, to April 10, 2026. Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using SSB and FT8. QSL to home call.

 

ITALY, I. Luca, IK5AEQ, is QRV from Pantelleria Island, IOTA AF-018, until October 3. This includes being active as IH9/IP5A in the CQ World Wide RTTY DX contest. QSL to home call.

 

MINAMI TORISHIMA, JD1. Take, JG8NQJ is QRV as JG8NQJ/JD1 until December while working at the weather station here. Activity is in his spare time on the HF bands using CW and some FT8. QSL direct to JA8CJY.

 

OGASAWARA, JD1. Jasa, JQ3JUK will be QRV as JQ3JUK/JD1 from Chichijima, IOTA AS-031, from September 28 to October 1. Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using MSHV FT8. QSL via LoTW.

 

SEYCHELLES, S7. Kasimir, DL2SBY, will be QRV as S79/DL2SBY from September 28 to October 12. Activity will be on the HF bands and 6 meters. QSL via LoTW.

 

MICRONESIA, V6. A group of operators are QRV as V6D from Chuuk Island, IOTA OC-011, until October 6. Activity is on 160 to 6 meters with five stations using CW, SSB, RTTY, and FT8. QSL via DL4SVA.

 

MARSHALL ISLANDS, V7. John, K5GDE, is QRV as V73WW from Kwajalein, IOTA OC-028, until January 2026. He is active on 40 to 10 meters using FT8. QSL to home call.

 

CHRISTMAS ISLAND, VK9X. Janusz, SP9FIH, is QRV as VK9/SP9FIH until October 3. Activity is on 30 to 10 meters using FT8 and possibly SSB. QSL to home call.

 

INDIA, VU. Members of Team Kanika-2024 will be QRV as AT2AH from Hope Island, new IOTA AS-178, from September 27 to October 5. Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8. They may try FT8 on 6 meters if the band conditions allow. QSL via operators’ instructions.

 

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. CQ Worldwide DX RTTY Contest, NCCC FT4 Sprint, Weekly RTTY Test, NCCC CW Sprint, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, Bill Windle CW QSO Party, YU DX Contest, Maine QSO Party, AGCW VHF/UHF Contest, Masonic Lodges on the Air, and the AWA Amplitude Modulation QSO Party will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.

 

The UBA ON 6-Meter Contest, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, QCX CW Challenge, ICWC Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC CW Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity Contest, 222 MHz Fall Sprint, Phone Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test, VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest, Mini-Test 40 CW, Mini-Test 80 CW, and the UKEICC 80-Meter SSB Contest are all on tap for September 29 to October 1.
