Did you know? ARRL members who are active in things like attending club meetings and hamfests, helping other hams with their station setup, and many other amateur radio activities are now being covered by many health plans, much like gym memberships are covered.

 

ARRL has partnered with Grouper to deliver a paid benefit for being active with your ARRL membership! These benefits include a $50 annual payment that encourage you to stay engaged with social activities in amateur radio.

 

How does Grouper work?

If you you are 65+ and have an eligible Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan, you qualify – it takes just seconds to check your eligibility.

 

Confirmed eligible? You receive a $50 annual check from Grouper and $20 ongoing activity payments for every three months you are active with any group.

 

 

Helpful information about our partnership with Grouper:

 

  • The benefit administered by Grouper is free to you and ARRL.
  • Grouper is not a health insurance company, does not sell health insurance to members, and does not share your information except to administer your benefit.
  • Grouper’s benefit focuses on encouraging activities that improve mental, physical, and social health through group participation.
